Guadalupe County registered voters can vote early in person from October 19 through October 30, 2026, or at a county vote center on November 3.

The county’s election calendar puts the mail-ballot application receipt deadline on October 23. Start with the county’s elections page to check the current schedules and the sample ballots for the general and special elections.

The county’s early-voting guidance explains where registered voters may cast an early ballot.

For registered voters in Seguin, Schertz, Cibolo, Marion, New Berlin and elsewhere in Guadalupe County, Election Day vote centers are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on November 3. The county says a registered county voter may use any of its Election Day locations, regardless of home precinct. That makes the current list of vote centers more useful than assuming the nearest site is assigned to a particular precinct.

Check your ballot and your voting plan

The county’s November 3 election page has a Sample Ballots section and links to the early-voting and Election Day schedules. Use the sample-ballot section to find the ballot information relevant to you; the page also lists notices for city, school district and other special elections. The registration deadline for this election was October 5. If you need to confirm your registration status or which sample ballot applies to your address, call the Guadalupe County Elections Office at 830-303-6363 before you go.

Here are the hours in the county’s posted early-voting schedule. In-person early voting is available to registered voters without giving a reason, and the county says they may use any Guadalupe County early-voting location. Check the location list as well as the date: hours alone do not identify a polling place.

Find an in-person location

The main early-voting site is the Elections Office at 3251 N. State Hwy. 123 in Seguin. The posted schedule pairs Cibolo Fire Station No. 2 with 3864 Cibolo Valley Drive in Cibolo; Redemptive Grace Ministries with 2240 FM 725 in New Braunfels; New Berlin Community Center with 8815 FM 775 in New Berlin; the Elections Office Annex with 1101 Elbel in Schertz; and the Seguin ISD administration building with 1221 E. Kingsbury Street in Seguin. Its first branch-location line says “TBD,” so check the county’s live election page or call the office before relying on a branch location.

For Election Day, use the county’s vote-center PDF to choose a site. It lists locations in Seguin, Schertz, Cibolo, Marion and other communities, but also includes a vote center marked “TBD.” Check the county election page again before traveling, especially if you are planning around that entry. The Election Day list and the early-voting list are different documents.

If you plan to vote by mail

The county lists four mail-voting eligibility categories: voters who will be away from the county on Election Day and during early voting; voters who are sick or disabled; voters who will be at least 65 on Election Day; and voters confined in jail who remain eligible to vote. Unlike in-person early voting, mail voting requires a qualifying reason. To request that an application be sent to you, call 830-303-6363.

Registration for this electionDeadline was October 5
Early voting in personOctober 19–30
Mail-ballot applicationReceived by close of business October 23
Election Day vote centersNovember 3, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

The October 23 application deadline is based on receipt by the elections office, not a postmark.

The election-specific schedule says the early voting clerk must receive a mail-ballot application by close of business October 23; a postmark does not meet that deadline. It gives the mailing addresses as 3251 N. State Hwy. 123, Seguin, TX 78155, or P.O. Box 1346, Seguin, TX 78156-1346, and lists earlyvotingclerk@guadalupetx.gov. The county’s standing early-voting page lists different contact details, so use the election-specific schedule and confirm the current submission instructions with the Elections Office before sending an application. The standing page says the clerk must receive a marked ballot by 7 p.m. on Election Day.

Before you leave

For the current location list, sample ballots and election notices, return to the county’s November 3 election page. For questions about registration status, the ballot for your address, identification to bring, accessibility or an updated polling place, call the Guadalupe County Elections Office at 830-303-6363. Its main early-voting location is at 3251 N. State Hwy. 123 in Seguin. Confirm the details that affect your trip before traveling, particularly while the posted schedules still show TBD locations.
