If you receive a Guadalupe County jury summons, use the juror ID on it to complete the required questionnaire before your reporting date.

The County Clerk’s jury portal gives that instruction to people who have been summoned. Keep the summons beside you when you open the questionnaire: the ID you need is on that document.

Residents summoned for county-court jury duty can use the County Clerk’s portal to find the questionnaire and check its posted selection date. The page currently lists the next county-court jury selection for October 26, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. That is a posted county-court date; your own summons is the document to check for the court and reporting date assigned to you.

Start with the summons

Read the summons for its juror ID, court and reporting date before using an online page. The county says the juror ID needed for its questionnaire is located on the summons. Entering a date from the portal in place of the date on your own summons could lead you to follow information for a different selection. Use the posted October 26 date as a check only when your summons concerns that county-court selection.

The county website identifies this portal under the County Clerk and labels its announcement “NEXT COUNTY COURT JURY SELECTION DATE.” Its site navigation separately lists “Jury - County” and “Jury - District.” Those labels matter when checking a summons: identify which court issued yours before treating the County Clerk’s posted selection date as relevant. The county-court date on this page does not, by itself, establish a reporting date for a District Clerk summons.

Complete the questionnaire

On the County Clerk page, look for “CLICK TO COMPLETE JUROR QUESTIONNAIRE.” The county directs summoned people to complete the required questionnaire with the juror ID from their summons before their reporting date. That deadline is tied to the date on the individual summons, so check it before setting the paperwork aside. The page also labels a County Clerk sample juror summons card, which may help you recognize the kind of document it is discussing.

Completing the questionnaire and checking when to report are separate tasks. The portal supplies the questionnaire instruction and displays a next county-court selection date, while your summons supplies the juror ID and the reporting date to use for your own obligation. If your summons identifies a different court or date, use its details when seeking clarification rather than assuming the portal’s October 26 announcement replaces them.

Check the official page again

Before the date on your summons, return to the County Clerk’s jury information portal to check the posted county-court announcement and reach the questionnaire. Have the summons available so you can compare its court and date with what the page actually says. The county website lists its main operator as 830-303-4188 if you need help identifying the appropriate county office for a question about your summons.
