Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission records list three distinct active licenses originally issued Nov. 2 or 3 for addresses in McQueeney and Seguin.

The entries name Austin McQueeney Operating LLC, The Brick Seguin LLC and Guadalupe County Children's Advocacy Center, each with a separate license ID in the state dataset.

The state dataset lists the license holder, address, license code, issue date, status and license ID for each entry.

Residents can look up the three license IDs and addresses in the state dataset, but the records do not establish when alcohol service will begin. The license codes and expiration dates differ: the McQueeney and Brick entries run into 2028, while the Children's Advocacy Center entry expires Nov. 13, 2026.

The codes are reproduced as listed in TABC's records.

All three entries list their status as active and their tier as retail. Those fields describe the licenses; they do not identify a planned opening, an event or a start date for alcohol service. The short expiration period on the NT entry is visible in the record, but this entry alone does not identify the activity associated with it.

To inspect an entry or check for a later status change, search the TABC Licenses and Permits dataset by its license ID: 200209671, 200206462 or 200212818. A later state record or an announcement from the license holder would be needed to establish what happens at each address.
