East College Street between North King Street and North Milam Street is scheduled to close Saturday, Oct. 31, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. for Halloween on College Street. The Seguin Police Department announced the limits and hours in a city notice posted Oct. 12.
Drivers using that stretch of East College Street during the event will need another route, while families can attend the free trick-or-treat gathering beginning at 6:30 p.m. The planned closure covers the same period as the start of the event, so drivers heading through that part of Seguin on Halloween evening should allow for the blocked segment.
